Join us for a transformative yoga experience designed to guide you through a powerful journey of self-discovery and renewal. Illuminate & Flow invites you to transcend the darkness of winter and awaken your inner light as we transition into the vibrant energy of spring.
This event features four unique 45-minute classes including Buti Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Pilates. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit, fostering resilience and balance. Participants will also enjoy a thoughtfully curated marketplace, make and take activities, and a healthy lunch, at an additional cost.
